To open and print the kit or the forms, you'll need a current version of Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader on your computer you can download it free.
You can get all forms with one click by choosing the Property Tax Lender Licensing Kit. This kit contains in printer-friendly PDF format all forms required to apply for a property tax loan license. Not included in the kit the enabling legislation, HB 2138 and administrative rules.
