September 11, 2014: Registered Creditor Renewals
Renewal notices for Registered Creditors were mailed on September 11, 2014, to the registrant addresses on file with the OCCC. All renewal processes must be completed and payments received by October 31, 2014.
Renew Online. We encourage you to log into the ALECS Licensing & Self-Service Portal to complete the renewal and payment process, and print registration ceritificates. All registration renewals must be completed by October 31, 2014.
If registrants choose to submit renewals and payments via postal or delivery service, the envelope in which they were mailed must have a postmark or courier delivery date of no later than October 31, 2014.
Note: The OCCC is no longer issuing window decals as part of the renewal process. Once your registration has been renewed (whether online or via postal/delivery service), you must log into ALECS and print your renewal certificate. This certificate must be displayed in a prominent location and readily visible to the consumer.
