Annual Report Forms: Property Tax Lenders & Regulated Lenders

Annual Report forms and acompanying instructions are now available for Property Tax Lenders and Regulated Lenders. These forms are within under the "Credit Industry Services" section of the agency's website. You may access this section by clicking here or by selecting the Credit Industry Services tab at the top of this page.

Property Tax Lenders must submit annual reports by March 31, 2012

Crafted Precious Metal Dealer: Weights & Measures Program

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) requires that all commercially used weighing or measuring devices be registered, including those used by crafted precious metal dealers. Visit the TDA's Weights and Measures Program for more information.

Crafted Precious Metal Dealer Registration (CPMD) Site Now Available

Effective January 1, 2012, all Crafted Precious Metal Dealers are required to register with the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC). Registration application links are now available through the OCCC website. The links can be accessed by clicking here, or by selecting "Credit Industry Services" above and then locating the Crafted Precious Metal Dealer section.

Note: All CPMD registrations are completed and submitted through the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) Precious Metals portal. After selecting the appropriate registration link, you will be redirected to the TxDPS Precious Metals portal. Ensure you do not register through the Metals Recycling program/portal on the TxDPS site.
