July 22, 2014: Notice of Public Hearing
The Office of Consumer Credit Commissionerwill conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on its proposed budget for fiscal year 2015. The hearing will be held on July 31, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at the State Finance Commission Building, 2601 N. Lamar Blvd., William F. Aldridge Hearing Room (3d Floor) Austin, TX 78705.

The agency will present its proposed budget for fiscal year 2015 and invite public comment. Written comments on the proposed budget for the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner may be submitted to Christina Cuellar. The deadline for comments is Monday, August 4, 2014.

July 22, 2014: Motorcycle Dealers and Documentary Fees
Motorcycle dealers may charge a documentary fee for services rendered on behalf of a customer for the handling and processing of documents related to the sale of a motorcycle. Motorcycle dealers do not, however, need to file those documentary fees with the OCCC.
