April 25, 2012 CAB Quarterly Reporting Deadline Approaching In accordance with Section 393.627 of Texas Finance Code, all Credit Access Businesses (CABs )are required to file quarterly reports with the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. April 18, 2012 April 5, 2012: CAB Quarterly Reporting Guidelines The web portal that allows for submitting credit access business (CAB) quarterly reports is now available and data reporting is currently ongoing. Each CAB is encouraged to create user accounts and to become familiar with CAB reporting requirements before submitting data. CABs with multiple locations must report data on each individual location. Click here for more information on how to submit data, deadlines, and report submission options. April 2, 2012: CAB Quarterly and Annual Reporting In accordance with Section 393.627 of the Texas Finance Code, all credit access businesses are required to submit data reports related to the extensions of credit.
